Level 1 training system
This is a six-day training program that is implemented in gyms
Beginner level training system:
-The training program provides a training plan for all body muscles divided into 6 days.
-The training program is supported with illustrations.
This system is applied in the gymnasium where it needs sports equipment and is not suitable for exercising at home.
